On February 5, 2009, the 17th chamber of the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Paris ruled that washes the honor of Pascal: the Republic of Niger and Licra (International League against Racism and Anti-Semitism) have been dismissed of the charge of "provoking discrimination and racial hatred" that they had filed against him in December 2006. ....
